Subscription, and access, to Bulbsoup exams constitutes full acceptance of the following Terms of Use/ Privacy Policy.
EXAM ACCESS
1. You are entitled to full access to the content of the Exam Library for 1 year.
2. You are entitled to take each exam 5 times.
3. You are entitled to take each new exam that is added within your 1 year membership subscription period.
4. New exams are added intermittently, therefore, you are encouraged to sit the new exams.
5. Membership expires after 1 calender year.
BULBSOUP'S RIGHTS
1. Bulbsoup reserves the right to add, modify, or replace exams, or parts thereof, at any time without prior notice.
2. Bulbsoup does NOT REFUND fees paid to us under any circumstances.
3. Bulbsoup reserves the right to refuse service to any customer, for any reason.
4. Under no circumstances will Bulbsoup be liable for interruption of examination access due to: power outage, sustained or otherwise, or a downed server, no matter the duration.
5. Each exam on Bulbsuop is under copyright law, please do not attempt to duplicate.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Bulbsoup access' payment exclusively through Paypal.
2. Bulbsoup does NOT gain access to your credit card.
3. Bulbsoup does NOT ever divulge, or pass on the personal information, or e-mail addresses, of our members.
