MEMORANDUM: The Memorandum is used to communicate something of immediate importance to people within a business or organization. It usually informs the organization, or specific people in the organization, about a particular matter, but it can also include a call to action.
NOTICE: The Notice is very similar to the Memorandum because it too communicates very specific information to members of an organization. It announces or displays particular information to a specific group of people. It is usually displayed on boards in schools or public places.

New Cafeteria Policy (d)
Students have been complaining about the fact that they have not been receiving their correct change after purchasing from the cafeteria, therefore, a new policy, for the issuing of change in the school’s cafeteria, will come into effect on February 4, 2021. If the cafeteria has no change, students will be issued a receipt that outlines exactly what the cafeteria owes them. Students will be asked to collect their change within a three (3) day period.
