Kingston 8 Jamaica, W. I January 19, 2021 (b) The Principal (c) Bulbsoup Online (d) 19 Washington Boulevard, (e) Kingston 8 Jamaica, W.I Re: Cafeteria Issue (f) Dear Mrs. Samuels-Thomas, (g) I am writing, on behalf of the student body, to make you aware of an issue that the students have with the cafeteria. The issue is that students are either not receiving their change, or having their change substituted with items such as sweets. This is a problem for many students because they need their actual change because it is a part of their bus fare at the end of the day. This is a persistent issue that approximately 70% of the school population has encountered, at least once. (h) The Student Council body proposes two solutions to the problem. The first is that the school insists that the cafeteria ensures that it has changed, at all times. The second solution is that if they do not have change on a given day, the students are given a special receipt that outlines exactly what they are owed, so that they can return the following day for their change. (i) Thank you for your time and I look forward to your favourable response.(j) Regards, (k) K. Zorell___________(l) Kara Zorell (m) (Student Council President) (n) |
